Airbnb Cleaning Service Agreement

This Agreement Outlines The Terms Under Which Northern Lights Cleaning Will Provide Professional Airbnb Cleaning Services.

Scope Of Cleaning

Northern Lights Cleaning Provides Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Services Designed To Prepare Your Property For The Next Guest. Services May Include Kitchen Cleaning, Bathroom Sanitizing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Mopping, Trash Removal, Bed Making With Clean Linens, And General Reset Of The Property.

Deposit Requirement

A 25% Deposit Is Required To Secure Your Airbnb Cleaning Appointment. Your Appointment Is Not Confirmed Until The Deposit Is Received.

Fees

• Late Cancellation Fee: $75
• No-Show Fee: $100
• Lockout / No Access Fee: $100
• Same-Day Rush Turnover Fee May Apply Based On Availability
• Approved Add-Ons Or Extra Condition Charges Will Be Added To The Final Balance

Turnover & Cancellation Policy

• 48-Hour Notice Is Required To Cancel Or Reschedule.
• Late Cancellations May Result In Loss Of Deposit And/Or A $75 Late Cancellation Fee.
• No-Shows May Result In Forfeiture Of Deposit And/Or A $100 No-Show Fee.
• Lockouts Or Incorrect Access May Result In Forfeiture Of Deposit And/Or A $100 Lockout / No Access Fee.

Client Responsibilities

• Client Must Provide Property Access.
• Client Must Provide Working Water And Electricity.
• Client Must Provide Clean Linens If Bed Service Is Requested.
• Client Must Provide Supplies If Restocking Is Required.

Payment Authorization

I Authorize Northern Lights Cleaning To Charge For Cleaning Services, Approved Add-Ons, Condition Adjustments, Deposit, Remaining Balance, Late Cancellation Fees, No-Show Fees, Lockout / No Access Fees, Same-Day Rush Fees When Applicable, And Approved Additional Services.
