Airbnb Cleaning Service Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms under which Northern Lights Clean will provide professional Airbnb cleaning services.

Scope of Cleaning

Northern Lights Clean provides Airbnb turnover cleaning services designed to prepare your property for the next guest. Services may include kitchen cleaning, bathroom sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, bed making with clean linens, and general reset of the property.

Additional services not included in the original quote may result in additional charges.

Add-On Services

Available add-on services may include:

• Laundry Service
• Dishes
• Inside Refrigerator
• Inside Oven
• Interior Windows
• Restocking Supplies
• Deep Cleaning
• Pet Cleaning
• Additional approved add-ons

Property Condition & Pricing

Pricing is based on the condition of the property at the time of service.

• Standard — No additional condition fee
• Moderate — +30%
• Heavy — +40%
• Extreme — +60% or custom quote

Deposit Requirement

A 25% deposit is required to secure your Airbnb cleaning appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, lockouts, or failure to provide access.

Fees

• Late cancellation fee: $75
• No-show fee: $100
• Lockout / no access fee: $100
• Same-day rush turnover fee: may apply based on availability
• Approved add-ons or extra condition charges will be added to the final balance

Turnover & Cancellation Policy

• 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit and/or a $75 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or a $100 no-show fee.
• Lockouts or incorrect access may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or a $100 lockout/no access fee.
• Same-day turnovers may include rush fees.
• Northern Lights Clean is not responsible for delays caused by guest late check-out or access issues.

Client Responsibilities

Client must provide:

• Access to property
• Working utilities, including water and electricity
• Clean linens if bed service is requested
• Supplies if restocking is required

Northern Lights Clean is not responsible for:

• Guest damage
• Missing items
• Pre-existing conditions
• Maintenance issues

Payment Authorization

I authorize Northern Lights Clean to charge for:

• Cleaning services
• Approved add-ons
• Condition adjustments
• Deposit and remaining balance
• Late cancellation fee of $75
• No-show fee of $100
• Lockout / no access fee of $100
• Same-day rush turnover fees when applicable
• Approved additional services and fees
