Services may include Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, and Recurring Cleaning Services depending on the service selected and property condition.

• Door frames, doors, and light switch detailing
• Detailed scrubbing of kitchens and bathrooms
• Vents, blinds, and ceiling fan dusting
• Behind and under light, movable furniture if accessible

• All Standard and Deep Cleaning services
• Interior and exterior cabinet cleaning
• Interior drawers emptied before service
• Interior appliances including refrigerator, oven, and microwave
• Baseboards, doors, and trim fully detailed
• Closet shelves and rods cleaned
• Full bathroom sanitization and buildup removal
• Kitchen deep degreasing including stovetop, backsplash, and hood exterior
• Floor edge detailing and corner buildup removal
• Final wipe-down of accessible surfaces for move-ready condition

10% off first-time deep cleaning is available when the deep cleaning appointment is booked within 48 hours of receiving the quote. The discount must be selected on this form and may expire if the appointment is not reserved within the 48-hour period.

10% off move-in / move-out cleaning is available when the move-in / move-out appointment is booked on the calendar within 48 hours of receiving the quote. The discount must be selected on this form and may expire if the appointment is not reserved within the 48-hour period.

An itemized invoice will be issued for the full service amount shown in this quote.

The invoice will be billed with the total service price.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the appointment date and will be collected as the first payment toward the total invoice balance.

The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the job and will be paid through the same invoice.

The deposit payment will be credited toward the total invoice amount.

Any customer-approved additional services, extras, excessive buildup charges, or changes to the original scope of work may be added to the final invoice before payment is due.

• Pricing may increase if actual property conditions differ from what was originally described.
• Additional services requested outside the original agreed scope may result in additional charges and/or extended service time.
• Electricity, running water, and safe access to the property must be available.
• Cabinets, drawers, closets, refrigerator, freezer, and appliances must be emptied before interior cleaning.
• Heavy buildup, clutter, excessive trash, pet hair, odors, or unsafe conditions may increase pricing and service time.
• Some stains, buildup, rust, hard water stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable.
• No-show appointments may result in a $100 no-show fee.
• Late cancellations may result in a $75 cancellation fee.
• Lockouts, denied access, or unavailable access may result in a $100 lockout / denied-access fee.
• Approved additional services and custom extras may be added to the final quote before service completion.
• Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation and quality-control purposes.

A valid credit/debit card may be required to remain on file for deposits, approved charges, no-show fees, cancellation fees, lockout fees, and approved additional services.
