This Agreement outlines the terms under which Northern Lights Clean will provide professional cleaning services.

SCOPE OF CLEANING

Northern Lights Clean provides Airbnb turnover cleaning services designed to prepare your property for the next guest.

Services may include:
Kitchen cleaning, bathroom sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, bed making with clean linens, and general reset of the property.

Additional services not included in the original quote may result in additional charges.

PROPERTY CONDITION & PRICING

Pricing is based on the condition of the property at the time of service.

Condition of Property :

• Standard
• Moderate (+30%)
• Heavy (+40%)
• Extreme (+60% / Custom Quote)

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

A 25% deposit is required to secure your Airbnb cleaning appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposits may be non-refundable for:

• Late cancellations
• No-shows
• Lockouts
• Failure to provide access

TURNOVER & CANCELLATION POLICY

• 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit
• Same-day turnovers may include rush fees
• Incorrect access or lockouts may result in charges
• Northern Lights Clean is not responsible for delays caused by guest late check-out or access issues

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client must provide:

• Access to property
• Working utilities (water, electricity)
• Clean linens if bed service is requested
• Supplies if restocking is required

Northern Lights Clean is not responsible for:

• Guest damage
• Missing items
• Pre-existing conditions
• Maintenance issues

• Cleaning services
• Approved add-ons
• Condition adjustments
• Deposit and remaining balance
• Late cancellations / lockouts
